[CRASH] - Champion Select freeze and crash

As I was waiting to ban a champion I noticed some UI elements were missing (like my summoner spells) and the UI for the enemy team selections. I had previously been clicking a lot around the store to figure out how to buy a rune page (which is kind of hard to find honestly). The client froze on me and stopped responding, I had to end the (client) process manually. I got penalized for leaving my ranked game when I had no intention of doing that.
