client is bugging out insanely

i dont know if anyone is having this issue, but its getting really bad. post games are just grayed out showing everyone has left already, not showing rating but people are talking while friendlist are permanently grayed out without icon or anything, my client is lagging non stop it used to be 34 ping always but since October things are getting completely unplayable. it used to be 34ms jumping to 56, and back to 34 randomly but now its 34 - 100+ randomly and on bad days, typing to people is just so unbearable and laggy that theres a huge input lag while typing.

Yes this only ever happens when i play league of legends and the more patches that get made this just gets worst for me. its only league everything else on my pc works wonderfully and consistently.
