Project 2019 Token Redemption Failure (No keys)

So I had 240 tokens to redeem. With these I got 3 keys for 180, a champ shard for 50, and the remaining 10 went to blue essence. However the keys didn't arrive in my materials as far as I can tell. I have 2 key fragments and no chests. Are they not showing up because I don't have any chests to open or did it not put them in my loot at all? This happen to anyone else?

YES!! This happened to me about 2 days ago except I only spent enough for 1 key. I bought key fragments as well that did show up, but the key didn’t :/

me too l buy for 300 skin project jinx and l didint have it, what l suppose to do ?
