Tahm Kench bugged w and movement

Last game i played as tahm kench i went to eat our top laner to keep him from dying and instead it ate our adc. They werent standing anywhere near each other so it was definately not a missclick. This happened twice during the game. Also later in the same game i clicked to eat the enemy garen and instead tahm moved away from him at this point it was smarter for me to continue away from him as more enemies had come out of the bushes so i clicked to move tward our base and instead he moved back tward garen giving the enemy team a free kill. The later glitch happened multiple three times in that game.
