Garen Static Shiv Bug

Dont ask why I was playing crit garen; just accept it as fact.

Anyways, I noticed a weird interaction between static shiv and garens Q. If I had shiv fully charged, and I q'd and attacked an object, it would apply the shiv damage before I attacked, and then it would apply the physical damage. Like, my animation wasnt even finished and I hadnt finished the Q empowered AA and the shiv would apply. This also made it impossible for my Shiv to crit.

Thoughts?
