[CLIENT] Matchmaking: SFX: Timer sound effect plays in queue if someone dodges with 5s remaining

Summary In Draft pick, the client will play a timer sound effect when the player is almost out of time to select a champion. If a player leaves during this time, the timer sound effect will continue to play after the players are returned to the queue.

Repro Steps

  1. Enter the matchmaking queue for Summoner's Rift Draft pick with at least two controlled clients (Play > PvP > Classic > Summoner's Rift 5v5 > Normal Draft Pick).
  2. Load into a game lobby.
  3. Proceed through the pick/ban phase until it is client 1's turn to pick.
  4. When there are 5 seconds remaining on client 1's pick phase, exit the client as client 2.
  5. Observe that the timer continues to play when client 1 is returned to queue.

Result The timer sound effect continues to play when players are returned to matchmaking.

Expected Result Lobby sound effects do not persist when players are returned to the client homepage.

Frequency I was unable to test this efficiently client-side, but those steps will probably give you a high repro rate.
