Garen cannot attack NEXUS while his Q is on.
Just as the title states Garen cannot hit the NEXUS until his Q expires. This is pretty game breaking as it can mean everything not being able to hit the NEXUS for several seconds.

Alternatively, they need to fix the Hecarim E bug. It's happened a lot less but still happens where sometimes if my E is not fully charged on collision with a champ, instead of pushing them back, they are pushed through me, pretty gamebreaking also because countless people who should be dead were allowed to live because of this bug.
