Sion Q Bug

This has happened to me a few times when playing Sion. I have to reload the game because I cannot cast Sions Q. No message displays like "You cannot cast this right now". It plays the audio "click" sound like normal but Sion does not cast his Q and no matter how much I press Q or wait it will never cast until I reload the game. I am trying to figure out what triggers this bug to happen but it has only happened twice the entire time I have been playing the new Sion. However it is a game breaking bug when it happens as not being able to cast Q during a fight will make or break a fight, let alone having to DC and reconnect to fix it. I beleive it tends to happen when Sion gets interrupted while casting his Q or dies while channeling it. Some action that stops his Q and the game still believes you are casting it disallowing you to re-cast it until you finish the last cast which is impossible. Just bringing this bug to light! Thanks!
