I purchased $20.00 of RP i guess while the servers were down and it charged my account and I have not received my RP. Also my friend purchased some at the same time as me and he has not received his RP either....anyone know how I can get my money back?? please help

Submit a support ticket.

You'll probably get the RP once the server is fixed, if not send a support ticket
