Show SKINS you OWN --- For RiOT --

Under the collection tab in the new client, there is a radio checkbox that says 'owned skins'. I click it and it does nothing. I'd really like to be able to see the skins I have purchased with my own money.

I am a quality analyst at a fortune 500 company. All I do is test for bugs. This is a bug and should not be in production.
