I am having the same exact issue as this person playing on EU.
I am on windows 10 and I tried everything I could think of to fix the problem (aside from installing windows 7) but nothing worked.
This is a completely game breaking bug and it lost my team the game.
You can also click on jungle timers in the Tab menu to put them in chat. Don’t ping them. Just click them. If you Alt+Tab, it’s not our fault. We warned you. It's in the patch notes 6.14 under cool down pings. So they know.
Read the patch notes 6.14. There's your answer. All I did was copy and paste the patch note.
Yeah I know I went and looked at those patch notes but that has nothing to do with the problem at hand. That is about the jungle timer pings, not a bug or known issue.
That's if you hold tab to bring up the jungle timers, they are saying don't try to ping the jungle timers (by holding alt and clicking) because then you would alt tab out of the game.
Again, it has nothing to do with this bug.
