Loading Screen bug

A friend of mine, current ign is Flake E mon, has been experiencing a real bad load screen bug. We played 2 ranked games just fine but the third began and he was stuck in the load screen for 5 minutes. He disconnected to fix it, note leaver-buster notes this and he becomes ineligible for in game rewards, and he reloads which takes another 3 minutes and he enters at the 8 minute mark and its next to impossible to win from that point.

Note this did not happen before the load screen changes.

The fourth game we played it happened again, expecting this to be a one of the one time bug that we run into all the time. He leaves the load screen much earlier and is able to get in by the 5 minute mark. We proceed to win the game from the disadvantaged position and he does not get LP for the win because the load screen broke and he was forced to leave to actually play the game.

We arent expected to win from a huge disadvantage and at the very least you shouldn't be denied LP from a load screen bug, especially without an actual afk report or if the player never got to move at all to even think about rage quitting.
