Gameplay - Teemo auto attacks are broken, shots dont do damage

Super easy to reproduce.. you auto attack something, and after it shoots, the missile is in the air, you hear the sound of the shot, but you move, it cancels the shot. It even hits the target sometimes, but ZERO damage is done.

Really easy to reproduce. just attack something and cancel the attack. Happens about 20+ times a game to me.
