Updated Client Lag - Something's Gotta Give

I'm starting to get dodge penalties because champ select lags so much that I can't pick/ban. It's been this way for a while, but I seriously can't put up with it anymore. I think the new client is beautiful and a huge upgrade, but now that the client update is in beta, it's happening to me, its happening to my team mates, and it's happening to my friends. It's crazy. This is happening on computers of all kinds. My friend has a $200 Acer. I'm on a $500 Dell laptop, one of my classmates play on some +$900 gaming laptop, and it happens to all of us, even though if we can make it into a match there's no issue.
