I was planning with a bunch of my friends and he couldn't pick who he wanted to ban so he had 0 seconds. He tried banning Malzhar and nothing happened. He even left the lobby and nothing happened.

This just happened to me just a little while ago. Started a 5 man que ranked and our first pick said he couldn't lock in. At first we thought he was joking but nope it just froze at 0 seconds and nothing happened. We waited for 10 minutes and decided to close the client. Now I can't play any ranked or draft as it just goes to a black loading screen and then kicks me back out. Tried restarting my client, my computer and finally reinstalled leauge. Still nothing.
upvoted i just ran into this problem myself. now im stuck at the "arranging team" screen while it says please wait
i eventually dodged but incured no penalty before i ran into that second problem
i try to play a ranked game, i get into a queue but i am not able to ban or select a champion and the time runs out. Eventually i have to leave which get me punished.
I had this same problem where our first pick just picked and then the entire client couldn't do anything. Closed it and now it looks like I can't arrange anything that involves a Dynamic Queue.
Same happened to me.
Cant join a new draft/game/anything.
I think draft is broken.
i tried closing client and opening back up a few times. didnt help
i hope a riot support guy notices this
I can't select my champion and this has happened many times in ranked, riot needs to fix it, people losing LP because of this is unfair

after a entire day of not touching league i have access to dynamic que again can anyone else see if they can now when they couldnt before?
I cannot agree more. I tried a ranked game, but eventually someone's timer reached 0 and I have been trying to get back in lobbies, to no avail, ever since. [zombie-brand-mindblown]
yea should be fixed soon lots and lots of reports of this happening !

I've got a fix. This same bug made be lose so much LP last patch. I'm not sure if this fix will work for you but it doesn't hurt to try. Disconnect from your Wifi/Ethernet for about 5-10 seconds, then reconnect. Champ select should speed up the picks and bans. If you're lucky, it's not yet your turn. If you aren't, it will speed up to your pick and exit to lobby. Hope this helps.
i couldn't get into any summoners rift games earlier today
when i went to play it said i must have at least 16 available champions
i went to see how many available champions i had (expecting like 90 or more)
none
zero available champions
not even free week champs
logged out and came back later, problem was fixed
