Constantly out of Health [Gameplay]

I was playing a bit of Lucain bot lane with some friends and once we spawned in I noticed my health war wasn't showing in the UI. On Lucain you could see my health and mana but if you looked down to your spells,etc you would see blank in the health pool. I don't know how this happened or how to create it again.

I have had this 2-3 times before too, also another empty portrait appears by the minimap. I also have not noticed a way to replicate this bug for those whom it may concern.

you can fix this by restarting your game. idk why it happens though
