Hex tech glitch?

Uh I was in a premade with a friend and brother of mine and i did rather well in a game( check it here if you want http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/2125975579/226758781?tab=overview) after the victory screen I couldn't see my grade but the chat said I got a key shard which I assumed my friends got. I didn't get a chest though and neither did my premade so i don't know if it was because it didn't load the grade or if i really didn't get an s-rank or if it's a glitch.
