Gameplay: Bard ult does not hit invulnerable turrets
Not sure if intended or not, but Bard ult cannot hit invulnerable turrets i.e. second turret while outer turret is up. Tested this in a 3 custom games (urf mode) with the same results.

thats probably because of the glitch that happen when he was released, where people abused that because if the first turret was about to be destroy and Bard ulted the second turret it would trick the game into thinking the first turret was still up. As such that would make the second turret invulnerable and if they did this to all 3 lane turrets would make the game unplayable!
