I was playing dynamic queue with friends and after the game , the jayce on other team got a lost prevented while me and my friends got 9-10 LP. after this the ranked queue is closed. Is this a bug?

Normal.^^ Winning team gets 1/2 LP and the losing team doesn't lose any.

I know right this is stupid. My game was a full 5v5 that started before they disabled the queue yet they punish us for winning.
