Got Disconnected From A Game, Scores Are Blank

So, I was playing Yasuo in a Normals game and I was carrying the team hard. I just got another item and then typed in team chat "I ll go solo drag really quick." So I start to solo drag and then "Reconnecting" happens. I look to see that my internet crashed, which is strange because it has never done this before. So I closed out the client because it wasn't reconnecting me to the game when the \internet came back on 2 minutes later and I don't get hit with the usual "Reconnect", but the main menu of the client and one Honorable Opponent rating. I'm not sure if I was hacked or my internet just crashed. I looked at Replay.gg and everyone else was still playing the game, so I'm not really sure what happened. This image is what Lolking showed about the match. I couldn't look at it on my lolking page because it wouldn't update.
