"Scripter detector" has stuck around and banned me AGAIN.

Long story short; My account got hacked and subsequently banned for 'scripting' by some schmuck in Russia and I got it back and unbanned about a week ago. I haven't played since the day it got unbanned. Now, I log in to try and play with a friend I introduced to the game about a month ago to help him keep practicing and such and it says I'm banned again. For scripting. AGAIN! I checked my op.gg just to make sure there weren't more games I DIDN'T play like last time (That's what tipped me off that I was hacked and it wasn't just League false positiving OBS or something) and there's none. I feel like whatever sniffer there is that attaches to accounts hasn't let go of whatever the hacker had used that got me banned and it flagged me again. I PROMISE you, I am not scripting, I do not have anything that gives me any unfair advantage in game, I don't even use map skins any more like I used to back in season 5. I ran Windows Defender, Malwarebytes, SpyBot S&D, uninstalled and reinstalled game fresh and even set up an address scrambler for my wi-fi and tightened my firewall. There are no viruses, malware, spyware, or backdoors for people to get in through and, like I said, no new games were played since I got my account back so I wasn't hacked and then banned that way again. This has GOT to be some kind of security error on Riot's side, and it's cost me my account, AGAIN.

I'd really appreciate a swift un-ban and for whatever the hell is happening here to be fixed AND FOR GOD'S SAKE ADD A 2-STEP AUTHENTICATION PLEASE AND THANK YOU. I keep getting people from MONGOLIA trying to log into my google accounts and shit, no one's information is safe any more for any reason, be responsible and protect the millions of dollars players have fed into your fucking game. Thanks!

I am in the same situation, I got my account unbanned after it was determined that I was not the perpetrator, but actually someone hacking into my account. I changed my password and went back to playing. There actually is muti factor auth, but when i tried to set it up there was no indicator as to if it had worked. Now i'm back one week later on the same day, same time of day as last week, with a banned account. I dont know how i'm supposed to protect my account other than these ways.

I am not well versed in computer security, are there any recommended programs that can help me protect my computer and account?

I also assume that if this is happening to two different people, then there are others affected out of the millions of league players. Im not sure if this is a bug though, if it is a bug then great riot can fix it, but this could just as likely be that we are just trash at protecting our accounts or that our computers are compromised. I'd much rather make sure everything is in the clear on my laptop before thinking this is a bug in riot's systems. I do hope that this can be helped because I've got 2000+ hours on my account that has never had disciplinary issues before.

Despite all the threads I see about all the players who have had banned accounts, my own interactions with riot staff have always been pleasant, they were always helpful and understanding of my situation. I do not want to stop playing league, but the amount of money and hours of my life that I have put into the game is huge compared to any other game. and to even think of restarting all of the work put into the original account makes me weary.

update: riot employees responded quickly and helped me get my account back. this does look like a bug, as the employee told me that the ban bot accidentally banned me this time, rather than someone else hacking into my account.

this only means that this is an issue with the learning bot they have for bans, and that they should get on it to keep other players from being affected. good work rito, and thank you for being so helpful.
