Spectator Client Bugging?

Hello everyone, I've been having this issue since 6.5 roughly came out where I'll be spectating a game (I am head coach of a team fielded by a clan so this is EXTREMELY frustrating when I try to take notes on my teams gameplay) and the replay with either lag for 5-30 seconds and just freeze with everyone standing still then all of a sudden catch up with itself OR the entire client will just crash out and I have to restart my spectate, losing potential teamfights that I want to watch.

Yes I know I can just go to replay.gg and get the replay whenever I want, but it's the principal of the matter that I SHOULDNT have to do that when Riot has a way for me to watch it Live.

If anyone else has this problem it'd be nice to know it's not just me, thank you.
