I lost 1000 ip... for logging out?

i had 6277 ip. my client was being extremely buggy, slow and generally hard to work with, so logically, I re-logged. after doing this, I played 2 matches and suddenly saw a huge drop in my ip, I'm currently sitting at 5390 and I haven't purchased anything since I logged out, nothing shows up in the ''recently purchased'' tab either, if I could get a reason as to why you took my ip ill be happy and move on with my life ^^
