Team Builder not loading skins and Nami having an Extra classic skin

So sometimes when I'm playing team builder, I pick a champ and we load into the game only to have the game switch me back to a classic skin. This has been going on for a while now and i've seen other people complain about it in game as well. ATM I have no idea what causes this to happen for me. My friend says for him it happens when he solo ques for TB, but for me it seems to happen randomly regardless whether i'm with a group or soloing. I've even tried the trick where you switch to the classic skin and then back to the one you want, but even this is a bit hit and miss.

I'm pretty sure i'm not the first to bring this up but I thought i'd at least bring it up on the forums.

As a second note i've been noticing this for a while now and it's been bothering the hell out of me, every time i play Nami. I would see that there's two classic skins of Nami available on the skin selection screen. I've attached images of this just to show what it looks like and i've been wondering if everyone has this issue or is it just me and a select few?
