Web match history not working

I still haven't been able to get the Web Match history working at all recently. My friend says it works fine for him but i know that a few people still have this issue. I don't know what's wrong, ive tired using different browsers and different computers. Doesn't work for some reason.

I've been having this issue constantly on my laptop and desktop, and I was having the problem on my iPad. One time I loaded it successfully on my iPad (using Chrome) and it has worked since. The iPad's Safari browser is still loading the blank page for me. Also, several of my friends are having the blank page when they try to visit the website (on different internet connections and/or browsers).
