Evelynn Passive Bug (7.10)

Hello Everyone;

 I'm an Evelynn main. Pretty much a 1-trick. She is, by far, my best and favorite champion. I'm that douchebag Eve player that ends up top-lane, mid, or supp. I am so comfortable with her, that  I can pull Wins from those off-meta positions. I am trying to effectively illustrate that when there is a bug associated with Eve, I can immediately feel it. 

  I was playing full AP Evelynn, with the masquerade skin. Her passive, "Shadow Walk", will apply stealth while out of combat. For some reason, when "Shadow Walk takes effect, all of her targeting and commands drop. She stops moving, like I pressed S. I was chasing enemies without losing vision. You know? She cleans-up really well, especially the enemy back-line after a team-fight. It's important that Eve is targeting and pursuing the correct champion. She's a assassin. That should be obvious. It's happened a few times in one game, and continues to do it on every map. It feels like her stealth is working in reverse. The enemy becomes untargetable for a split second when Eve's passive resumes. I've never seen this before. 

   That's not the only bug that forces Eve to drop targeting. Sometimes, less often than the issue prior, when coming out of her passive with an ability instead of AA, she'll perform the ability, then stop. No movement. No skills queued. No item actives. You can't spell-weave with autos effectively with this bug. Essentially, this bug improves the enemy's ability to kite her. You can't view other lanes while jungle clearing, because she might stop doing anything as soon as she breaks stealth. 

Please fix this bug. I know she's currently being reworked, but too many ADC's get to live in my games. We can't have that.
