Champion lines get quiet?

I think this started a few days ago. Whenever I play a game, one or two lines the champion says when you right click get really quiet. Like, when I was playing Fizz in ARAM yesterday, which is where I first noticed this, I right clicked, and Fizz said something like a champion usually does when you right click, but what he said was very quiet. The line was very low in volume. I don't know when this started happening, but I first noticed this around when Dragon Trainer Tristana was released. I don't know if it's a bug or something, and it doesn't really effect gameplay in any way, but it's a bit strange and sometimes can be annoying. Does anyone else get this issue? So far, at least three champions I've played in the past few days have had this issue. Those champs are , , and , who have had one or more lines that were low in volume. If it means anything, Fizz was in ARAM, and Teemo and Jax were in Co-Op vs AI games.
