Please remove "Arcade something" tile from landing page

Title. Not sure which board would be right though. a) it runs at sub-20 fps, making the whole client sluggish and slow to respond (the actual game runs normally at 70+) b) I'm pretty sure I've checked the "Disable menu animations" option. Let me just see again real quick... YES, I DID. So why is it "animated", if one can use that term to describe the horror?
