[Gameplay] Scuttle Crab can get stuck on Turrets

Scuttle can get stuck on a turret if displaced on top of it (Syndra's W for example). Can still be attacked, will properly run away towards river if attacked. Minor, but still kind of a way to deny it for enemies until they get to the tower.
