Elementalist Lux Water Form

I was playing lux and using my favorite skin elementalist, and while playing I chose water form and noticed that her ult no longer has the blueish detail to it anymore and im assuming its a bug. Im not sure how to clip it maybe someone can do it for me but hope it gets fixed ASAP :D!
