hotkeys going crazy

This randomly happened to me as a jungle udyr and I can't explain how it happened or why. I did not change my settings, but keys were magically doing other things. My left click was ping just like my g key, but I tapped g a few times to make sure it wasn't stuck. Pressing enter simultaneously started chat (as it should) and took me into and out of windowed mode. I couldn't check settings to figure out what was wrong. B did not bring me back to fountain or anything. Most of my hotkeys wouldn't work at all but I could type in chat. I walked back to base because blessedly my right click was functioning properly and for some reason once I got to spawn everything fixed itself. I cannot explain how or why this happened. Just for safetly, I reset my hotkeys to default and then put then back on quickcast. I played this game May 16, 2015 around 9 pm US pacific time. I cannot explain how this happened. I didn't do anything except go to lane and go in and out of the game using alt+tab as I was listening to music in the loading screen. Before I got to base, I alt-tab again to make sure I wasn't running anything in the back screen, but there wasn't anything there. (I was also randomly taken out of the game a couple times as if i alt-Tab) using alt+tab prior to getting to the base didn't help me so I have no idea what did this. Hopefully thing never happens again. To anyone.
