[CLIENT] Hecarim Not appearing in Team Builder or being called Invalid Champ

In team builder I had just purchased Hecarim and he wasn't appearing i then had restarted my client and he had appeared in the roster I picked him and then clicked play now. However when i did I got a message saying INVALID_CHAMPION_SELECTION or something like that.
