[GAMEPLAY] Immolate Isn't there

I was playing the game mad cuz we had an afk but I noticed something in the bottom i had and noticed that it didnt give passive fire dmg thingy or particle effects until I sold it and undid me selling it. I know it may be a bit minor cuz u can easily fix it but for me i thought it was on the whole game i didnt notice till way later as you can see.
