I log on, it loads the client but it has super lag and things just do not load up. Menus do not show up, they say to reload them. I do that and it works sometimes, but nothing else works and it keeps doing this. I tried to go to a training game and it says there are no bots. I went ahead and started it anyway and champs and friends do not show up. No images or anything. Not sure what is going on.
I have no issues with anything else besides league of legends.

if it is recent, then likely during one of the last patch updates, something got corrupted. so just run the hextech repair tool and do a force repatch, should fix you right up
if this has been a thing for some time, try uninstalling and reinstalling league to see if that helps, if not I would recommend submitting a ticket to get some more on point solutions

This is the first time it has ever done this.
I just tested it out, the champs showed up, but the second time, it started to have the same problem.
MordridtheBlack2 votesNo worries, then yeah just do what I suggested. Likely during one of your last patch updates, some file got corrupted during the download and derped the herp.
Download and run the hextech repair tool and do a force repatch. That should hopefully solve the problem (save the log file that creates on the off chance it doesn't).
If it doesn't, head into League support and file a ticket for tech issues, include the log file and give them as many details on the problem you are having that you can. It'll take them a few days to get back to you, so if you desire, you can uninstall and reinstall leasgue. Just make sure to note that in your ticket as your next fix step, that way if the problem still persists somehow after that and they've reached out to you, they know what you have and haven't done roughly.

I will make sure to do my best to get that figured out and do that if the problem persists, assuming I can figure out what this hextech repair thing is.

the tool is pretty easy to understand and use
you want to make sure to do the Force Repatch using the Recommended DNS (and make sure that Gather System & LoL Logs is checked)
that "should" fix your problem, if it doesn't you can use that tool to do a reinstall as well
JustRankedFun1 votesCool, I will save that link for future use. Future use because for some reason, the issue seems to have corrected its self. Everything is working now and I didn't do anything yet lol. I mean, the game did patch for this update, so maybe that fixed it for me?
