Missing Runes and More than 9 Runes [CLIENT]

I was making a page and I wanted to add flat MR Glyphs. I couldn't find them in my page, so I thought I didn't buy them. The store said I already owned nine, so I checked my runes again. I have 27 Lethality Marks, 14 Attack Speed Glyphs, and 27 Scaling MR Glyphs. Can anyone help?

Edit: The problem goes away if I restart the client.
