Match disconnected and I found 0 Blue Essence 0 RP

So I was playing a match and randomly I got disconnected I checked my internet and it was fine only game got disconnected so I got stuck in "Attempting to reconnect" I had one solution and that is I closed the match and reconnect again but instead as soon as I click leave button to exist the match I found myself in the log in client screen I tried to log in it didn't let me. I closed the whole game and I opened again so after I manage to log in the second time and looks like match ended so I found myself in the normal client screen but with twist I found that I got 0 BE and 0 RP!!.
