Sion ult end game screen bug.

I wasnt recording the game when this happened to me, but it seems that if you play sion and youre at the enemy nexus, and you ult away from it right before the explosion animation begins, on occasion, your screen will go away from the nexus and back to wherever sion has ended up on the map after the nexus explodes. Not a major bug, but I figured I'd still report it
