Low Priority Queue Bugged?

I got a low priority queue for afk, which I understand. However, after waiting 14 minutes of me waiting, the queue timer reset to 20 minutes. Is this a bug, or am i being extra punished? If you look at the image, you can see the amount of time waited on the right side, and the time left in the box.

Or maybe its actually working as intended now? I have had low priority before because I had an IRL emergency, but my next few games litterally felt no difference at all in que times.

I Have that bug too but i can´t fix it too maybe I will talk whit riot itself...
