HELP!! I cannot play the game because I am stuck in the launcher.

My PBE account is currently signed in but I am unable to play because it needs to update. The problem is that it will not let me update or sign out of the account. The options for sign out or update are both greyed out and cannot be clicked. When I open the launcher it automatically logs into my PBE account and I am stuck with the same problem. I have tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it only to get the same result. As of right now I cannot play at all on the PBE or the main server. I already opened up a ticket but I thought I would post here as well to see if anyone else could help.
