[GAMEPLAY]Load into game and no abilities work

There are times where I will load into a game and my abilities wont go off when i hit QWER or FD. The only thing i can do is walk around and auto attack other than that the abilities wont work when i hit the keys (not even delayed just wont go off at all) This has happened to me multiple times on the Rift map and in Howling Abyss ARAM. I end up having to completly exit out of the client and log back in to fix the issue sometimes having to log out twice in order for it to work.

I don't know if this is a known bug or not but it's been happening to me a lot over the last few weeks and had never done that before.
