Dodging Que Bug when in Ban Phase

I was in banning Phase for a norm, i set my ban and the game showed I banned the Champion, however as the timer hit 0, it kicked me out of the queue back into the lobby with my duo and gave me a 5 minute block because it says i dodged a queue??? how can I dodge in banning phase if I banned someone and was waiting for pick phase? I don't understand how that's possible.
