I got jipped out of 3 hextech keys and crates.

I bought 10 dollars worth of rp and I bought the 5 hex box and key bundle and 2 hex key and box bundles. I began opening the boxes and on my third opening the client froze where the hex box glows and loads on each end to open , it continuously circulated and hasn't opened. I clicked from loot to store and went back to loot and tried again, this time it opened, but counted the last as have been used. I opened another and it did the same thing. So Now I'm out 585 rp. You guys at riot should correct this issue before you face law suits and lose customers/players.
