Loading screen freezes at 100%.

This has been going on for years, across multiple computers, multiple accounts, multiple internet connections. There is no way possible that you don't know about this bug. HOW can it still exist? The game loads fine, then at 100% it freezes. You can't alt-tab. You can't alt-f4. You can't ctrl-shift-delete. The only option is to hard reset your PC. I'm so sick of losing ranked games because I load 5 minutes into the game after rebooting. How can this still be happening? What in the world are you people doing over there? How can such a huge game breaking bug still exist year after year after year?
