Custom lobby invite bug

so a weird bug happens after you hit five people in a custom lobby the invite button goes dark and locks you out of invite even when there is another five slots open the only work around me and some buddies have found is to have some people sit in spectate till were at four people in the team area once that's done invite comes back up. so basically you can have a max of four to invite anymore breaks it. pls help.
