Soraka heals not healing fully [Gameplay]
Maybe there is a healing resistance number I didn't know about?? lol.... or healing is decreased in ARAM? other than those 2 things, it has to be a bug.

was playing soraka in ARAM (would probably work in normal as well). Healing was way less than would it should have been the entire game and on every champ. keep in mind i also had healing mastery and healing items, so that should be about 20% extra than the 313 stated in the description.
