When will LeaverBuster be fixed?

I'm sure I am not the only victim of unpredictable or uncontrollable crashes of the league client. Their FAQ straight up says Riot won't help their players with leaverbuster even if the player is an innocent party. That's completely unfair and a waste of time.

I hear some entitled people already saying "You're wasting everyone's time when you don't load." Yeah except it's 3 minutes... and you can get onto your next fight in the next minute. While me and many other are trying to figure out what's wrong with our own computers and programs. Sometimes even taking the long process of redownloading the game all over again.

So when will leaverbuster be updated to acknowledge that it is not the player's fault Riot's game is crashing and now the player has to wait even longer just to play a game. Literally blaming the player for something out of their control and then forcing them to take a punishment just to play the game.

From reading other boards, it seems I'm not nearly the only person who gets one of these:

• Blank black screen after champ selection
• "System error; a critical error has occurred and the process must be terminated..."
• Keeps asking to reconnect to no avail
