This is getting out of hand @riot

It's been around 7 patches and i'm STILL getting into game to find that NONE of my abilities work! the only way to fix is to close out of the client completely. A task which takes around 6 min, and also all but guarantees i lose lane. This is inexcusable. I've run the repair tool TWICE and it still does it. It's completely random so i have no way of knowing when it will happen until i'm already in game and try/fail to use an ability.

edit: sorry if i sound salty. It's because i am. getting back into game at 8 min and having to lane against a riven with 4 lvls on you and 40 cs will do that to you lol edit2: since i'm here reporting bugs, i might as well mention that 1. passive still doesn't activate on red side and 2. ult passive will stop working sometimes as long as 5 mins or so(it happens ever 2/3 games for me). it seems to have to do with allies killing your target without you, but i'm not sure since there is no way for me to test it.
