Camera Lock and Haunting Guise W/ Liandry's Passive [GAMEPLAY BUG]

Was playing Gragas. Game loaded while alt+tabed when I came back camera was locked on champion. I could not unlock it even with enter menu or alt+escape like usual.

After my first death camera unlocked.

Then late game when I got a Haunting Guise after killing baron-- oh wait, it might have been dragon 5 times. Maybe that was it. Maybe it wasn't liandry passive but dragon passive. Either way it looked like it so I'll add it to look for.
