Broken Accept/Decline screen after match found

Encountered this bug as i was looking for a ranked game today (solo q). The accept button was pressed and it made all the noise as if i was in lobby but this screen was all i saw. had to force close league to get it to get off my screen and this was after i was removed from the lobby due to "inactivity". Can't be active when that thing was blocking me from clicking on anything :(
