Snowdown crafting issue?

Hi, I recently got the pass and wanted to craft a snowdown capsule. When you click on the tokens to look at the options the description under the title says you can craft the capsules but the option is not there, I am only seeing the icons and chromas and a masterwork chest, is this an issue for anyone else? Can you craft the snowdown capsules?
